Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before dispatch.
Loads canceled after dispatch may be subject to:
Truck ordered not used (TONU) fees
Dry run fees
Travel charges
Layover charges (if applicable)
